Think multiple times before you book it.
Positive: The room was equipped with the necessary items, and the terrace view was nice (on one side). The hosting company, Delta, was good at communication.
Negative: LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION. Also, the building was poorly constructed (old), smelly, and even the terrace was maintained on one side, while the other side was dirty. There was a sense of discomfort in the area with all the men (eyes) around looking at you.
